With three therapy rooms, a luxury suite for two and a fully equipped cardiovascular gym, the spa offers a range of luxurious treatments using products by leading skin care houses such as Aromatherapy Associates and Carita. The signature treatment is a Hot Milk and Honey Foot Facial (£75) a 90-minute pedicure with sugar and honey exfoliation, hot milk soak and pressure point massage.

Brown’s re-opened in December 2005 following a £90 million renovation under the direction of Olga Polizzi to combine English charm with a more contemporary feel. The hotel has a rich history and is where the first telephone call was made by Alexander Graham Bell in 1876. Other famous guests have included Queen Victoria, Theodore Roosevelt and Agatha Christie.
