New hotels in London, Richmond and Harrogate

The Balmoral Hotel is the spa town of Harrogate’s first independently owned and run boutique hotel and is housed in an Edwardian-Victorian building 10 minutes walk from the town centre. The 23 guest rooms include studios, four poster doubles and suites decorated in a ‘modern opulent’ style with feature fireplaces, Chesterfield sofas and luxurious bathrooms. Harrogate is a historic town in North Yorkshire, 217 miles north of London and on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales.

Overlooking one of the most picturesque parts of the River Thames in Richmond upon Thames, the Bingham Hotel has recently completed a bedroom refurbishment. Situated in two Georgian town houses dating back to the 1700s, the hotel has 15 bedrooms individually designed in a tranquil and luxurious style. Richmond is south west of London, just 20 minutes by train from central London and 25 minutes drive from Heathrow.

Further east, on the River Thames in London’s Docklands, a new Radisson Edwardian Hotel will open in September as part of the ‘New Providence Wharf’ development. The four star, 169 bedroom, 8 storey hotel will include a heath spa, brasserie, river view restaurant with terrace and a cocktail bar. The Radisson Edwardian New Providence Wharf is 15 minutes drive from London City Airport and 10 minutes walk from Canary Wharf station.
