Southampton Boat Show

Europe’s most spectacular boat show takes place September 15-24 in 2006. Over 900 craft will be on view at Southampton’s Mayflower Park on the Western Esplanade, over 350 of them afloat. During the ten-day event the site will be transformed into a scene from Treasure Island with tall ships and pirates galore. Beach activities and a steel band are part of the action, along with an RNLI sea rescue demonstration and a chance of an America’s Cup experience.
